一.境外新生所需材料

（1）护照首页、空白页（如该生来过中国，需要提供带入境章和出境章的签证页）；

（2）最高学历证明：毕业证书和成绩单（要有中文翻译件）；

1. Material for International Freshmen

1).Introduction page and blank visa page of passport (If a student has been to China before, please provide the visa pages with the entry and exit stamps);

2).Highest Education Certificate (Diploma and transcript must be accompanied by a Chinese translation);

二.转学生所需材料

1.护照首页（新旧护照）、签证页（请注意连续性）、入境章页和空白页；

2.转学证明/无异议证明；

3.原学校成绩单；

4.体检表；

5.其他材料说明；

2. Material for Transfer Students

1). An information page (both the old and new passport), all continuous visa pages, entry stamp page and blank visa page of passport;

2). Transfer Certificate or No Objection Certificate from the previous school;

3). Previous School Transcript;

4).Physical Examination Report;

5). Other related materials

三.延期生所需材料

1.护照首页（新旧护照）、签证页（请注意连续性）、入境章页和空白页；

2.在学证明（由留管老师出具）；

3.延期情况说明（由留管老师出具）；

4.成绩单；

5.体检表；

3. Material for current students who are outside China to apply for a visa

1). An information page (both the old and new passport), all continuous visa pages of both passports;

2). Study Certificate (issued by the teacher in charge);

3). Second Entry Statement (Issued by the teacher in charge);

4). Transcript of Report;

5). Physical Examination Report;

6). Other related materials
