The list of Chinese Ministry of Education-approved medical universities which offer MBBS in English in 2020-2021 has been released. The list has been released every year since 2007 when "Provisions for Quality Control Standards on Undergraduate Medical Education in English for International Student in China" were introduced.

There is a small change of this list compared to the last year's. The total quota for MBBS program in 2019 was 3,370 and in this year it was only 3,058, a decline of 312 seats was made by the government.

List of Institutions and Scale of Enrollment for Undergraduate Clinical Medicine Programs Taught in English for International Students, 2020/2021, which means all of these universities that listed have good quality of offering international students English-taught MBBS program, however other universities that are not listed can only accept international students of MBBS program in Chinese-taught, and the cultivation standard of Chinese-taught MBBS for international students should be same with Chinese students.
