Some students have successfully downloaded the software but cannot install it on their computers and just end up in one pop-up window like below saying "Errow launching installer" or "malicious software...", CUCAS team has tried to install it on different computers and here are some solutions:
有些同学已经成功下载了软件，但无法安装到自己的电脑上，只是弹出如下窗口提示"Errow launching installer" 或 "恶意软件..."，CUCAS团队尝试过在不同的电脑上安装该软件，以下是一些解决方案：
Tips No.1: Turn Microsoft Defender Firewall off. (Check the official tutorial).
提示1: 关闭Windows防火墙。（查看官方教程）
Tips No.2: Change to another computer with Windows 10 running on it, since it works well on CUCAS team's computers with Win 10, and if you still get a pop-up window saying it is dangerous do you still want to install it, just click yes.
提示2: 更换到另一台运行 Windows 10 的计算机，因为它在 CUCAS 团队的 Win 10 系统的计算机上运行良好，如果仍然弹出窗口说它很危险，是否仍要安装它，只需单击“是”即可。
Tips No. 3: If you cannot find a PC with Windows 10, you can try to temporarily Disable the Microsoft Defender Antivirus Service, and make sure you turn it on after you have installed the software.
提示3: 如果你找不到装有Windows 10的电脑，您可以尝试暂时禁用Microsoft Defender防病毒服务，并确保在安装该软件后将其打开。
If the system freezes during the test, it's maybe because of too many people are doing the test at the same time, you may try to improve your network if possible. We have also communicated with the developer of the software, the staff suggested students to do the online entrance exam in a stable and good network environment.
