China is the third-largest country after Russia and Canada, the total area of China is approximately 9,600,000 km2. That means the climate in north China is different with south China. In north China, summer is dry and hot most of the time, winter is cold, you will be able to see snow. While in south China, it's always humid, in summer you can have free Sauna on the street, winter in south China is warmer then north. If you like hot weather, you can choose a university in south to study MBBS in China, like Southeast University. If you like snow fight, you can choose a university in north to study MBBS in China, such as Dalian Medical University.
Choose MBBS in China According to Food
If you have seen the documentary "A Bite of China" you would know that China has very rich food culture. Almost every different place has different eating habit, for example in Shanghai, people like sweet food, if you like sweets, you can think about study MBBS in China in Tongji University. Choose MBBS in China According to Teaching Language
Many students are afraid to study in China, because they think Chinese language is too diffcult. If you want to study MBBS in China, but you can not speak any Chinese, don't worry, many universities in China provide MBBS in English. However, i personally recommend you to choose MBBS in Chinese, one reason is that Chinese language is actually not that hard, and it's always good to learn another language. The other reason is tuition fee of MBBS in English is usually higher.
