On the morning of May 15, 2019, Julie Buckingham, President of Brunel University London, and her delegation visited XJTU Health Science Center (Yanta Campus). XJTU Vice President Yan Hong met with them in Conference Room 1 of the Administration Building at the Yanta Campus.

Vice President Yan Hong warmly welcomed the visitors and briefly introduced the history and development of XJTU's medical education and research, as well as construction of the “Innovation Harbour”. He expressed the hope that cooperation between the two parties would lay a good foundation, and the belief that further cooperation would be promoted on the basis of President Julie Buckingham's visit.
