On October 17th, 2016, the president, David Green, and vice presidents, Michael Donovan and Heather Forland, of University of Worcester from the UK came to Beijing Sport University for a visit. President Chi Jian from BSU warmly welcomed the delegation and had a meeting with them. During the meeting, two sides reviewed the history of successful cooperation between two schools in last years and discussed the cooperation on inclusive physical education, coach training, sports science research and student exchange in the future. After the meeting, the delegation visited the Tennis Complex and National Training Base in the campus.

In order to promote the cooperation on sports for the disabled and inclusive physical education between two universities, the delegation also had a detailed negotiation with the deputy director of Research Center of Chinese Sports for the Disabled, Prof. Lu Yan, to determine the specific plan of cooperation in 2017.
