In the morning of September 29th, 2016, the First Secretary of Embassy of Ireland in China, John Lynam, headed a delegation of 3 to Beijing Sport University for a visit. The visit was also a preparation for the later visit of the Irish minister of Ministry of Education and the ambassador to China on October 21st. The director Jin Xiaoping, deputy director Dong Mei and Wu Jun from Foreign Affairs Office met with the delegation on behalf of BSU and discussed the details of the schedule which would be used on the visit delegation of Ireland on October. After the meeting, the delegation visited the Champion Road, outdoors football fields, National Training Base and other venues in the campus.
