On Apr. 1, 2019, Xing Shunfeng, Director and Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Education TV Station, visited University of Jinan. Zhang Shiqiang, UJN’s President, and Wang Yuhua, Deputy Secretary of UJN’s Party Committee, together with relevant directors from School Office, Publicity Department, Security Department, Teaching Affairs Office, Admissions Office, Logistics Department, School League Committee, School Infirmary, and Music School, attended the event.
President Zhang extended his warm welcome for Xing’s visit and his gratitude for the continuing support from Shandong Education TV Station. He pointed out that by virtue of its communication advantages and the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the founding of People’s Republic of China, the station could launch a series of in-depth reports on the achievements UJN had made in reform and development so as to demonstrate the highlights of UJN’s education reform and development from all angles and perspectives.
Xing introduced the building of the station in the integrated media communication system, news publicity, university brand creation and promotion, university major popularization and other public welfare activities, and university singing contest in detail. He also exchanged his views with UJN in conducting all-directional cooperation, making full use of their resource advantages, and achieving a win-win result.
