ECNU was awarded for its large-scale equipment in which 48 of them were selected in the 2018 evaluation of large-scale science equipment sharing service rewards.  Co-organized by the Shanghai Science and Technology Committee and Shanghai R&D Public Service Platform, there were 71 institutions in Shanghai who took home awards this year.

Since 2007, ECNU has taken an active role on collaboration of the sharing policies in its co-operation with the Shanghai R&D Public Service Platform.

The sharing services of large-scale equipment not only has long-term implications for co-operation but also brings benefits to the development of the whole society. On the foundation of satisfying the university’s teaching and research goals, ECNU thereby takes on more responsibilities in advertising its sharing policies in order to satisfy the basic needs of its teachers and researchers.
