On May 24th, 2016, Dr. Kenneth A.Wall from Springfield College headed a delegation of 3 to visit Beijing Sport University. The experience of Dr. Wall to be a coach in America or in the world is impressive. He was the coach of men’s basketball team of Springfield College and he also had been a coach in the professional teams and teams of universities in Costa Rica. He led the team won the national champion when he was the head coach of University of Venezuela. And at the same year, he was also the head coach of national team of Venezuela. Right now, Dr. Wall is the lecturer of Coach Leadership and Human Resources Management in Springfield College.
At 15:30, Dr. Wall gave a lecture on coach leadership in Room 405 of Teaching Building. Students from College of Physical Education and basketball major attended the activity. In addition, another teacher of the delegation Zhou Peng discussed the mode of NCAA with students. The lecture achieved good response from students.
