From August 1st to 3rd, the International Workshop of Water Quality Monitoring, sponsored by the Institute of Environment of SDNU was held in Changqinghu Campus. Vice President Wang Chuankui attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Experts and scholars from South Korea, Japan, India and other countries and regions participated in the meeting, the researchers and graduate students from the Institute of Environment and Ecology of SDNU were also present.

On behalf of SDNU, Wang Chuankui extended a warm welcome to the experts and scholars attending the meeting. He briefed the experts on the development history of SDNU and the main achievements it has made in personnel training, discipline construction and scientific research. It is hoped that the Institute of Environment and Ecology will take this meeting as an opportunity to further improve its academic vision, strengthen exchanges and discussions, and constantly improve its research level.
