On the morning of June 29, Dalian Medical University graduation ceremony and degree ceremony for international, Taiwan and Hong Kong students of 2018 (summer) was held in the academic lecture hall on the first floor of school library. A total of more than 300 people including 146 international, Taiwan and Hong Kong graduates, hundreds of parents of overseas students, and leaders of school functional departments and related departments, learning advisers of overseas students, overseas student tutors and teacher representatives and all staff of international education college attended the ceremony together.

At the graduation ceremony, Lei Haixin read out the Decision on Issuing Graduation Certificate for Dalian Medical University International, Taiwan and Hong Kong Students of 2018 (summer) and Granting the Degree Certificate for International, Taiwan and Hong Kong Students of 2018 (summer). Guan Youfei issued diploma and degree certificates respectively for doctoral candidate, master degree candidate, undergraduate graduates and turned the tassel. Under the oath of Khalid Bin Waleed, an Afghan student, all the graduates took the solemn oath of medical students.The representative of overseas students graduates presented flowers to the teacher's representative to express their sincere gratitude to teachers. All overseas graduates of 2018 (summer) also donated 120 foreign language books worth 5,000 Yuan to the school. Pakistani international student Yabasin gave speech on behalf of the graduates. Sun Xianze, Vice President of School of Public Health gave speech as a teacher representative. Guan Youfei made a cordial and sincere speech at the graduation ceremony.
