On April 19th, SHNU Professor Shen Baifei, received certificates for GovernmentSpecial Funds from the State Council from Vice Director of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Vice Director from Shanghai Ministry of Education. It was also attended by representatives from SHNU College of Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering and SHNU Department of Human Resources.
This awarding ceremony marks Shen Baifei’s outstanding achievements in optics field. Thanks were also sent to him for contributing to the development of talents.
This award of Government Special Funds for Experts and Scholars signal another honor of SHNU.
