SMU News, Dec. 15 The “IEEE Xplore Sci-Tech Document Search for Talents Challenge”, organized by the library for the first time and held by IEEE and iGroup China in universities and research institutes across the country, officially came to an end a few days ago.

This competition mainly aims at the hot technology point, gathers the interest and the challenge in one body fully inspects the ability of students to solve problems by searching and using data. More than 3,700 students from more than 200 universities and research institutes, including Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and the University of Electronic Science and Technology, participated in the competition. After a month of intense competition, Zhang Wei, a student of the School of Computer Science and Technology of SMU, won the first prize, Jia Zefeng won the second prize, and the university library won the “Best Organization Award”.
