In order to offer our students more chances to be internationally educated, QUST keeps exploring its communication and cooperation with universities from all over the world. The Joint-education Program of Communication Technology (3-year Diploma Program) with University de Toulon et du Var has recently been approved by the Education Committee of Shandong Province, adding the 12th joint-education program of QUST. Other degree and diploma programs are: Sino-German College of Science and Technology (Bachelor Degree), Sino-Korean Program (3-year Diploma), Sino-Canadian Program ( 3-year Diploma), Sino-American Program (3-year Diploma)

University de Toulon et du Var, founded in 1968, is a key comprehensive public university sponsored by Ministry of Education, France. Located in Toulon, an importance city in south France, University de Toulon et du Var is equipped with complete subjects and teaching facilities. There are nearly 800 faculties and 10300 students studying there. 10 colleges in University de Toulon et du Var covers almost 100 different majors and four main academic areas: technology, economic management, humanity and language, and law, awarding Bachelor, Master and Doctor Degrees which are all admitted by Ministry of Education of France.

The major of Communication Technology is a relatively advantage major, among the best universities in France who have this excellent specialty.
