Three SNNU courses, "Introduction to the Thirteen Confucian Classics" by Prof. Dang Huaixin, "Classic Chinese Literature" by Prof. Zhang Xinke and "Physical Chemistry" by Prof. Chen Yashao, have been selected for National Resources Sharing, according to a Notice released by the Ministry of Education.

Eight SNNU courses were selected for the Resources Sharing in April, 2013, among the 1,540 courses selected nationwide.

The Ministry of Education has planned to develop 5,000 courses for Resources Sharing during China's 12th Five-year Plan (2011-2015).

The "Resources Sharing of Selected Courses" are public basic courses, special basic courses and special core courses for teachers and students in higher education as well as general learners. The courses are meant to stimulate the development and sharing of high-quality course resources through modern technologies, cause a shift in teaching conception, lead renewal of teaching contents and reform in teaching methods, improve quality of talent cultivation and serve the construction of a learning society.
