In addition, it will also work with Tianfu New Area to jointly create internships and build training bases for students, incubator parks for UIBE alumni, and actively promote the establishment of the China Europe University of Economics and Trade.

Luo Qiang, vice secretary of the CPC Chengdu Municipal Committee and mayor of Chengdu, said he hoped the two sides can strengthen their pragmatic and win-win cooperation in terms of talent exchanges, strategic consultation, free trade zone development, innovation as well as entrepreneurship. Luo also said that the Chengdu Municipal Government and Tianfu New Area will provide efficient government services and support for the Chengdu Institute.
