Oct. 9---On the afternoon of 9th, October, secretary of Dalian Shahekou District Committee Yu Dequan, District government vice mayor Yin Zhongke and other people visited DUT. Secretary of DUT Party Commitee Zhang Dexiang, Vice President Li Junjie met visitors at 312 in the main building.

During the conversation, Zhang Dexiang mentioned that, with the construction and development of school, connection between DUT and government became closer and closer. These years, Shahekou government has given DUT great support concerning infrastructures, logistics support and service aspects. While secretary of Dalian Shahekou District Committee Yu Dequan said, as a leading university, DUT owns great talents resources, powerful research strengths and a good reputation, it provides support for district economic and social development.

During the meeting, Zhang Dexiang and Yu Dequan had deep communication on further cooperation.
