On the afternoon of March 30th, SWUN’s 2016 preparation meeting for the Recruitment Programs of Foreign Experts (RPFE) was held at the conference room of the Administration Building on Wuhou Campus. SWUN’s Vice President Ding Keyi attended the meeting, as well as related directors, principal researchers for foreign expert programs and secretaries for foreign affairs from all the schools in SWUN and related faculties of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange.

At the meeting, Vice President Ding Keyi introduced the 2016 initiated programs and their respective allocation of funds and required all the principal researchers of the programs to raise their consciousness of responsibility and attach great importance to the implementation of their projects so as to accomplish them properly and effectively.

Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange then gave a report on the implementation of SWUN’s 2015 RPFE and illustrated the adjusted plan for the year of 2016.
At the meeting, participants were also able to communicate fully with the faculties of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange about the possible problems and obstructions in the project implementation.
With the conclusion of the meeting, directors of related schools and departments and principal researchers for all the programs became clear about the requirements for SWUN’s 2016 RPFE. And the preparation meeting helped them to resolve their doubts and confirm their responsibilities.
