On the morning of April, 25th, Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) held a signing ceremony with Zhongjiao Rubber Resource Recycling Co., Ltd (ZJRRR) for the Project of New Rubber Reclaiming Method in room 5004, Laoshan Campus. President of Beijing RuiXin AnTai Business Investment Center, Xiude Wang, general manager of Zhongjiao Rubber Resource Recycling Co., Ltd, Suyan Guo, chief consultant of Investment Center, ex-president of China Tire Retreading and Utilization Association, Zhiyun Jiang, secretary of the CCP Committee of QUST, Qing Gao, chief of Scientific and Technical Department of QUST, Zhongju Guo, head of Rubber Recycling Application and R&D Center, ex-dean of Rubber Institute, Kuijiang Ji, dean of Polymer Institute, executive director of Rubber Recycling Application and R&D Center, Zhenxiang Xin, secretary of CCP Branch of Polymer Institute, Haiyan Cong, and executive director of Rubber Recycling Application and R&D Center, Dongmei Zhao attended the signing ceremony. Yansu Guo and Zhenxiang Xin, as the representatives of each part signed on the contract valued 318,000,00 yuan.

On the ceremony, the secretary of the CCP Committee of QUST, Qing Gao extended his congratulation and high comment on this cooperation, and his confidence in completing the project successfully. Qing Gao said that the success of this project concerns the future development of the industry and the comprehensive influence of QUST. Rubber technology is an outstanding specialty of QUST, QUST and ZJRRR should reach a consensus of regarding the successful completion of the project as their responsibility which needs their concrete work as planned. After the contract being signed, QUST and ZJRRR should coordinately organize the staff and work, try to cooperatively complete the project successfully. QUST, as the most powerful supporter, will give full coordination and assistance for the project to guarantee that the project can develop smoothly. Qing Gao emphasized that the partners, in virtue of their superiority, should form a mutually complementary platform for scientific communication, which can contribute to the construction and development of the energy-efficient, environment-friendly society for China .

Xiude Wang introduced some related information about Beijing RuiXinAnTai Buisiness Investment Center to the attending guests and leaders, and showed optimism to the prospect of the cooperation. Zhiyun Jiang, Kuijiang Ji also spoke in the ceremony, showed their compliment to the cooperation and confidence in rubber industry development. After listening to the speeches of every leaders and experts, Zhenxiang Xin expressed that the staff in Rubber Institute will try their best to develop the cooperation with AJRRR, to requite everyone’s consideration and support with the success of the project, and contribute to the rubber industry development.

After the signing ceremony, the attending leaders and guests visited the University History Museum, China Rubber Valley and Rubber & Plastic Material and Engineering Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education.

Until now, the resources of rubber are in short supply in the whole world, and most of the products of reclaiming rubber industry in China are low-end products, so the Twelfth National Five-Year Plan pays more attention to Chinese recycling economy. Nowadays, rubber recycling application industry has an extremely important position, and this also shows the significance of new method reclaiming rubber project. Zhongjiao Rubber Resource Recycling Co., Ltd, one of the cooperative partners, is a company with abundant strength and has already successfully cooperated with Tsinghua University and Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
