On April 26th, the 18th Chinese Bridge Chinese Language Final for International Students （Botswana Area）drew to a close. It was also attended by Chinese Ambassador in Botswana, Dean of Humanities and Literature of University of Botswana, and hundreds of university students and Chinese audiences, as well as Chinese and overseas media.
Kutlo Omaatla Mochawacha, beat others and stood out to be the best winner after three rounds of games: Chinese culture and kwowledge, Chinese speech contest and talent shows. She attracted the judges and audiences with her idiomatic Chinese language proficiency, graceful voices and dazzling stage performances.
The Confucius Institute of University of Botswana is cofounded by University of Botswana and SHNU. It was officially founded in November 2008.
