SMU News, Oct. 30th INSEEC ((Institut des Hautes Etudes Economiques et Commerciales) Asia head Mr. Gilles paid a visit to SMU on October 27th. The guest was met in the first-floor meeting room of Foreign Students' Building by relative faculties from the School of International Education, Recruitment and Employment Office, School of Management, School of Economics, School of Tourism, History, and Culture, and School of Arts.
At the meeting, Ma Shanglin, President of School of International Education, made an introduction to SMU's general information and its international cooperation and exchange, while Mr. Gilles informed us of INSEEC's characteristics, predominant disciplines, and its curriculum. Both sides had an in-depth discussion on student exchanges, teacher visits, and academic communication, and expressed their hope to take further cooperation, laying a sound foundation for mutual practical cooperation.
