Recently, the National Annual Conference on High Performance Computing (HPC China) was held. At the meeting, the organizing committee announced the results of the 2019 China Parallel Application Challenge on Domestic CPU (CPC) and the 7th "Intel Cup" Parallel Application Challenge (PAC). The student team from SDU won the first place in the PAC - the only gold prize in the event. The instructor is Professor Liu Weiguo at the School of Software. Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Chen Guoliang presented the gold prize to the gold prize winner. Meanwhile, another two student teams from SDU School of Software won the silver prize and the third place in CPC.
