From May 10-12, 2019, the 2nd International Conference of Sociocultural Theory and L2 Teaching was held at XJTU. More than 100 domestic and foreign teachers and students in related research fields attended, including professor James P. Lantolf from the Pennsylvania State University, professor Lawrence Jun Zhang from the University of Auckland, Doctor Olga Esteve Ruesca from the Pompeu Fabra University, Doctor Eduardo Negueruela-Azarola from the University of Navarra, professor Xu Jinfen from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, professor Yang Luxin from the Beijing Foreign Studies University and professor Chen Xiangjing, the dean of XJTU School of Foreign Studies.
