The Delegation, headed by Minister Dr. Andrew Wilkinson of the British Columbia Ministry of Advanced Education, visited BUCM on March 29, 2015. Vice President of BUCM Professor Wang Wei met with the delegation, introducing Chinese Medicine education structure, courses, clinical study programs and collaboration programs with Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU). Dr. Wilkinson was pleased to learn that BUCM and KPU are cooperating in developing a joint Chinese Medicine undergraduate program in KPU, stating that the Canadian province of British Columbia possessed the highest quality of education resources. The British Columbia Ministry of Advanced Education also encourages BUCM to cooperate in staff and student exchanges, and scientific research with other universities in British Columbia.
